Cancellation

More than 60 days before arrival

Cancel free of charge. The deposit is refunded in full to the card you paid with.

60 to 30 days before arrival

The deposit (30% of the stay) is retained. Nothing further is due.

Less than 30 days before arrival

The full amount of the stay is due and non-refundable.

No-show or early departure

The full amount of the stay is retained. Unused nights are not refunded.

Refunds are returned to the original card within ten working days. If we ever have to cancel your stay, you receive everything you have paid, in full.

Payment

• 30% of the total is paid by card when you book. That payment secures your dates.
• The remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival, by card from your confirmation page.
• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the whole amount is paid at once.
• A refundable damage deposit of €500 is taken on arrival and returned at check-out.
• Final cleaning, VAT and tourist tax are already included in the price shown.

House rules

• Arrival from 16:00, departure by 10:00.
• The house sleeps six. Extra guests or events are not permitted without written agreement.
• No parties and no loud music outdoors after 22:00 — the hillside is quiet and neighbours are close.
• Smoking is outdoors only. Please use the ashtrays on the terraces.
• Dogs are welcome at €10 per day, agreed in advance. Pets are not allowed on the beds or in the pool.
• The pool and jacuzzi are unfenced: children must be supervised at all times.
• Please leave the kitchen and barbecue clean and put the rubbish in the bins by the parking.
• Any damage is reported to us as soon as it happens and settled from the damage deposit.
